03CRMProduct overview

A customer record, not another list.

A familiar face. A fuller picture.

Bring orders, visits and marketing preferences into one customer record. With CRM Growth enabled, connect company relationships, venue enquiries and campaign outcomes to that same history.

In the product today

Customer records, visit history, audiences, marketing permissions, campaigns and authorised exports. CRM Growth adds companies, venue sales, campaign attribution and email journeys when separately enabled; journeys also require Automation and a configured sender.

On the other side of the shift

Less friction. More getting on with it.

  1. 01

See one customer history across connected visits.

  2. 02

Separate purchase evidence from marketing permission.

  3. 03

Build audiences and follow-up from explainable facts.

What’s included

Made for the job.

The practical details behind the promise. Built around the people doing the work, and connected to the information they need.

  1. 01

    One customer timeline

Keep orders, ticket visits, bookings, spend and activity on the organisation-owned customer record.

  2. 02

    Audiences and explicit consent

Build groups from recorded relationships and activity. Keep marketing permission separate from purchases and from consent to website analytics.

  3. 03

    Companies and venue sales

With CRM Growth and Bookings enabled, link companies, owners and follow-ups to the existing private-event enquiry pipeline. Bookings keeps control of capacity and confirmation.

  4. 04

    Campaigns and email journeys

Review campaigns against eligible audiences. CRM Growth adds approved email journeys with Automation, checking permission and stop rules again before each send.

  5. 05

    Attribution and customer evidence

CRM Growth links campaign destinations, consented website visits, enquiries and completed orders. Keep clicks, confirmed bookings and collected payments as separate measures.

Part of the bigger picture

The context comes with it.

The guest, the venue, the team. Useful information should follow the work. CRM connects to shared records, with access controlled for your organisation and your people.

A clear picture

Today. And what’s next.

Available today

Customer records, visit history, audiences, marketing permissions, campaigns and authorised exports. CRM Growth adds companies, venue sales, campaign attribution and email journeys when separately enabled; journeys also require Automation and a configured sender.

Product direction

CRM Growth and website tracking are separately enabled. Analytics collection requires consent; provider setup and verified delivery remain separate. Autonomous offer generation remains product direction.

Good questions

CRM FAQs.

Is Soupy CRM a separate customer database?

It uses the same organisation-owned customer identity already created by connected orders and visits rather than making a duplicate marketing identity.

Does a ticket or booking purchase grant consent?

No. Marketing consent is stored and evaluated separately from the commercial transaction.

Which products contribute customer context?

Ticketing, Bookings, Loyalty and other entitled order sources can contribute governed activity to the shared record.

Does CRM Growth switch on automatically?

No. CRM Growth, website tracking and provider connections require deliberate setup. Journeys need Automation and an approved publication; analytics consent never becomes email marketing permission.
