On the other side of the shift

Less friction. More getting on with it.

  1. 01

Find the same act across venues without recreating its profile.

  2. 02

Keep agreed dates, availability and fees attached to one booking.

  3. 03

Use approved photos and descriptions in an event draft.

What’s included

Made for the job.

The practical details behind the promise. Built around the people doing the work, and connected to the information they need.

  1. 01

    A shared network

Acts and authorised representatives maintain one profile, with control over discovery and promotional material.

  2. 02

    Your private roster

Each business keeps its own notes, agreed rates and booking history behind its tenant boundary.

  3. 03

    Connected bookings

Offer individual dates or a recurring run. Confirmed performances share availability without exposing another venue's terms.

  4. 04

    Events and artist invoices

Adopt approved promotional material into an event line-up. Artists can review and issue invoices through a configured Stripe account, with payment evidence kept beside the agreement.

Part of the bigger picture

The context comes with it.

The guest, the venue, the team. Useful information should follow the work. Talent connects to shared records, with access controlled for your organisation and your people.

Good questions

Talent FAQs.

Who pays for Talent?

Venues subscribe to the Talent module. Talent and authorised representatives use their portal free, without a booking commission.

Can another venue see my fees?

Your roster notes, agreed fees and invoices belong to your organisation. Other tenants can see discoverable promotional profiles and availability.

Do musicians become employees?

A Talent booking does not create employment or payroll records. People links are optional and stay private to the organisation.

Does Talent need Ticketing or Rotas?

Talent works independently. Enabled modules can display the same engagement and use approved promotional material without creating another booking.
