On the other side of the shift

Less friction. More getting on with it.

  1. 01

Build a programme once and operate each event clearly.

  2. 02

Keep the buyer, order, ticket and payment on one trail.

  3. 03

Take the same trusted record from checkout to the door.

What’s included

Made for the job.

The practical details behind the promise. Built around the people doing the work, and connected to the information they need.

  1. 01

    Series and event operations

Create one-off events or recurring runs, with no tickets, free admission or paid ticket types. Each date keeps its own venue, capacity, waiting list and sale controls.

  2. 02

    Checkout and included bookings

Reserve tickets, confirm payment and issue admission on one order. With Bookings enabled, a ticket can include a configured table reservation.

  3. 03

    Live wallets, transfers and resale

Give guests a live Web Wallet, with transfers and official resale under the event’s rules. Apple and Google Wallet depend on issuer setup.

  4. 04

    The door and the follow-up

Check in with scoped scanner devices. Keep confirmations, reminders, event changes and feedback connected to the guest’s order.

  5. 05

    Seller-owned payment setup

Use published Payment Profiles to keep the seller, Stripe account, fees and customer terms explicit. Completed orders can contribute to CRM and Loyalty.

Part of the bigger picture

The context comes with it.

The guest, the venue, the team. Useful information should follow the work. Ticketing connects to shared records, with access controlled for your organisation and your people.

Good questions

Ticketing FAQs.

What does Soupy Ticketing manage?

It covers the event run from series and date creation through selling, ticket fulfilment, attendee communications, check-in and post-event feedback.

Does every event need a separate setup?

No. A recurring series can generate dates while each event retains its own capacity, location and operating state.

How does Ticketing connect to the rest of Soupy?

The completed order remains useful to CRM, Loyalty, Automation and other entitled products through shared customer, order and payment records.

Can a ticket include a table booking?

Yes. Ticket products can describe included items and, with Bookings enabled, include a configured table reservation. Automatic upsell recommendations remain product direction.
