On the other side of the shift

Less friction. More getting on with it.

  1. 01

Keep adverts and daily schedules current.

  2. 02

Build operational dashboards with controlled access.

  3. 03

Keep the last authorised programme playing offline.

What’s included

Made for the job.

The practical details behind the promise. Built around the people doing the work, and connected to the information they need.

  1. 01

    Layouts and a canvas editor

Build an advert or dashboard with text, images, video and approved data. Preview the same design that the player uses.

  2. 02

    Scheduled programmes

Set slide durations, daily schedules and campaign dates. Share programmes across approved sites, with controlled local overrides.

  3. 03

    Public and private screens

Choose approved information from your active modules. Keep public adverts, staff screens and management dashboards behind their own publication permissions.

  4. 04

    Players and offline continuity

Pair screens and inspect reported playback. The player retains its last downloaded programme, media and authorised snapshots through a connection outage.

Part of the bigger picture

The context comes with it.

The guest, the venue, the team. Useful information should follow the work. Displays connects to shared records, with access controlled for your organisation and your people.

Good questions

Displays FAQs.

Does Displays require another module?

No. Authored content and uploads work independently. Other active modules can contribute approved data.

What happens offline?

The last authorised programme, media and private snapshots continue until authenticated reconnection. Offline devices cannot receive revocations or source changes.

Can a Group publish to every Site automatically?

Every destination is reviewed against its own source modules, scope and audience. Group membership alone never grants sibling data access.

Does a player report prove an advert was seen?

No. Reports describe player activity; they are not audience impressions or proof the panel was powered on.
