On the other side of the shift

Less friction. More getting on with it.

  1. 01

Give customers a clear, branded route to report missing property.

  2. 02

Keep found items and every custody decision inside the organisation.

  3. 03

Explain, confirm and communicate a match without exposing another claim.

What’s included

Made for the job.

The practical details behind the promise. Built around the people doing the work, and connected to the information they need.

  1. 01

    Public lost-property intake

Publish an inline form or button embed that creates a private report for the configured organisation and venue.

  2. 02

    Categorised found-item custody

Record what staff found, where and when, then keep status, storage and collection evidence on the item.

  3. 03

    Explainable matching

Rank likely matches from category, venue, date, colour and description while leaving confirmation to an authorised operator.

  4. 04

    Claimant notification

Send the collection window and instructions as an explicit operator action, with provider failure kept visible.

  5. 05

    Return and fee evidence

Keep the agreed collection policy and fee with the confirmed match, then record a waiver or return. Fee collection is not processed in Lost & Found.

Part of the bigger picture

Good questions

Lost & Found FAQs.

Is Lost & Found part of Maintenance?

No. Lost & Found is its own separately entitled module, product page, workspace and settings surface. It may share venue context without borrowing Maintenance access.

Can the public form reveal found items or other reports?

No. Public intake can create a private lost-property report only. Found-item custody and claimant details remain inside the authorised workspace.

Does a high match score prove ownership?

No. The score explains why two records look related. An authorised operator must confirm or dismiss the match.

Does the product preview notify a real claimant?

No. It uses preview data and sends no email, confirms no match and changes no collection record.
