Good questions
People FAQs.
Is People the same as Soupy access?
No. A person may be employed without a Soupy login. Memberships and grants decide application access; People owns employment and workplace evidence.
What happens when someone changes venue or employer?
The person keeps one record. Dated employment and workplace assignments preserve the previous employer, site and position alongside the new arrangement.
Can other products change People records?
No. Rotas, Messages, Maintenance and Assets may consume permitted person or assignment context but cannot rewrite People-owned history.
Does the product preview change a real employee record?
No. It demonstrates the directory and employment boundary using preview data only.
