Good questions
Guest Wi-Fi FAQs.
Do guests need a Soupy account?
No. The guest portal requires an email address; name and age band are optional.
Is marketing required for internet access?
No. Guests connect first and can verify their email afterwards. An abandoned verification does not disconnect them.
Can this replace Wireless Social immediately?
Cutover follows controller checks, data preservation and physical-device pilot acceptance. Keep the existing service available until those checks pass.
Does a Wi-Fi connection become a customer visit?
No. Confirmed network authorisations, verified guests and new marketable contacts remain separate measurements.
